The results from you progressing through the decision support tool are shown below.
There are a number of questions associated with each of the decision support tool steps. For each of these questions there is a area that you can enter your answer and by clicking on Save, located beside each answer box, your results will be stored.
Your results will be included in the report on this page which you can print by pressing the print icon at the end of this page or click on the PDF link to view and save your results as a PDF file.
Once saved as a PDF, you can attach your results to your Little Orange Book Profile. Instructions for this process are included in the PDF.
Each step also has a yellow note pad in the right hand column. This note pad can be used to store your questions and notes as you use the tool. You can also save your notes by clicking on Save, located at the botom of the note box for use the next time you log onto the website. You can print the notes pad by right clicking on the word 'notes' within the note pad and selecting print in the pop-up menu. You can also copy and paste your notes by highliting the next wihtin the note pad using your mouse and then right clicking and selecting copy in the pop-up menu.
